Para iniciar este proceso de intercambio musical en torno al Mediterráneo, pensamos que era una buena idea llevar al primer taller desarrollado en Túnez, materiales sonoros de nuestro contexto cultural. Para ello, hemos incorporado en el proceso un taller que realizamos con el IAPH en Pozoblanco (Córdoba) dentro del proyecto LAPat (laboratorio abierto de patrimonio cultural) (Video del taller en Pozoblanco). 

Las historias de vida musicales y grabaciones de instrumentos tradicionales que se realizaron en el taller, las llevamos a Túnez para que el alumnado allí pudiera usar esos materiales como ingredientes de sus collages musicales. Fue muy bonito ver cómo el grupo “Hola” utilizó la grabación de la jota de la Vera, o el relato de Aitana lo usó Yasmine en su pieza Tecno.

To initiate this process of musical exchange around the Mediterranean, we thought it was a good idea to bring sound materials from our cultural context to the first workshop held in Tunisia. To this end, we have incorporated into the process a workshop we held with the IAPH in Pozoblanco (Córdoba) as part of the LAPat project (open laboratory of cultural heritage) ( Pozoblanco’s  workshop Video ).
The musical life stories and recordings of traditional instruments that were made in the workshop were taken to Tunisia so that the students there could use these materials as ingredients for their musical collages. It was very nice to see how the group «Hola» used the recording of the jota de la Vera, or the story of Aitana was used by Yasmine in her Tecno piece.
